With the respect that your high investiture deserves, we salute you on behalf of the sector of people with Disability and their families, represented on this occasion by the National Federation of Organizations for People with Disabilities of Honduras (FENOPDIH) , National Federation of Mothers, Fathers and Families of Persons with Disabilities of Honduras (FENAPAPEDISH), the Coordinator of Rehabilitation Institutions and Associations of Honduras (CIARH) and independent organizations.
