• Place the topic of Disability in the Political and Social Agenda of the country, generating processes and benefits for people with Disabilities.

• Guarantee a comprehensive rehabilitation process, based on quality standards, aimed at generating  independent living skills and a real process of social inclusion.

• Institutional and Sector strengthening through the territorial expansion of its affiliates, technical, operational and care capacities for Persons with Disabilities.
