MISSION

We are an organization that coordinates rehabilitation institutions and associations at the national level; that develops processes of incidence for the fulfillment of human rights, promotes leadership, facilitates  processes of consensus and agreement for institutional strengthening  that allows the provision of services of prevention, detection, care and comprehensive rehabilitation that guarantee the development processes e  inclusion of people with disabilities.
